Before you write in, a few quick answers:

Where's my order? Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped, arriving within 5-10 business days total. If it's been longer than that, email us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.

Something arrived damaged or wrong? We're sorry to hear that. Email us a photo along with your order number and we'll sort it out.
