Return & Refund Policy

We want every Wyrmglow dragon to find its rightful shelf. If it doesn't, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns

You may return your Wyrmglow within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and a brief note about the return. We'll send you a return address and instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. In those cases, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Damaged on Arrival

If your dragon arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
